Which Course Virtual Week is an online event for anyone thinking of going to college, doing a postgraduate degree, returning to education, upskilling, changing career direction, taking professional, holistic or hobbyist courses or looking for information on courses, classes and educational options. The Which Course Virtual Week offers the most flexible and rewarding way to research education options in Ireland.

How does Which Course Virtual Week work?

Which Course Virtual Week is an online educational expo. Register to take part, and over the course of the event you’ll have the chance to virtually connect with course providers, gather information, and enrol in a course.

What is a virtual expo?

A virtual expo is an online event. In many ways, Which Course Virtual Week works like a regular educational exhibition but instead of travelling to an expo centre such as the RDS, you attend online from the comfort of your home at a time that suits you. Like a regular educational event, you’ll be able to meet course providers. However, instead of waiting around for someone to be free to chat to you, you make an online appointment and chat via the web.

When is it taking place?

Which Course Virtual Week takes place from Monday 12 September and Saturday 17 September.

What do I need to take part?

You’ll need access to a computer, a smartphone or a tablet that has a working internet connection.

How much does it cost?

Which Course Virtual Week is absolutely free for all attendees.

Can I take part even if I am unsure what area of study to pursue?

Yes! You don’t need to know exactly what you want to study to take part. There are thousands of courses available across Ireland and the Which Course Virtual Week will help you choose the correct one for you. As soon as you register you can request prospectuses from course providers, and we recommend that you do so. This will help narrow down your search.

Can I make more than one online appointment?

Yes! You can make appointments with all the course providers that you wish to meet with.

Is there anything I should bring with me?

Ideally you should have a list of questions written up beforehand. This will ensure you get all the answers you need. Have a pen and notepad handy to write down information.
